WHO WE ARE
Built by Students. Driven by Innovation.
High Speed Plane is a Purdue University student organization dedicated to designing, building, and testing high-performance RC aircraft.
Our team brings together students from a wide range of academic backgrounds who share an interest in aviation, engineering, and hands-on problem solving.
From the first concept and aerodynamic analysis to manufacturing, electronics, and flight testing, our members gain experience throughout the entire aircraft development process.
WHAT WE DO
From Concept to Flight
Every aircraft is the result of collaboration between students working across multiple engineering disciplines.
Design
Develop aircraft concepts using engineering, aerodynamics, and performance analysis.
Build
Transform designs into physical aircraft through hands-on manufacturing and assembly.
Test
Evaluate aircraft performance through ground testing, iteration, and flight operations.
Fly
Take our aircraft to the sky, put every design decision to the test, and carry what we learn into the next build.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Cabinet
The cabinet helps guide the organization and keeps High Speed Plane moving forward.
PROJECT LEADERSHIP
Subteam Leaders
Each subteam focuses on a critical part of the aircraft while working closely with the rest of the organization.
